The country of Tver is a very scary country with a population of 62,894 Demon Hags
Bordered between a large mountain to the North, desertland to the South, a sea to the East and frozen mountains to the West, the country of Tver mainly lives off herbalism, trade and thieving.

Tver itself is mainly covered in shallow rivers and has a arctic climate, which has lead to a closely gathered population, despite the number of people, which means most of them live in huge towns. They do not talk to outsiders and if you ask too many questions , you might end up missing. 

The country's landscape is wretched; bleak, bare forests, ice-cold mountains and cold, windy mountains are just a sliver of the crudeness Tver has to offer, which is why the country is shirked among foreigners.
The people of Tver are not known for being friendly. The Demon Hags are excellent necromancers and are known for the death of an entire race of the once inhabited 12th Kindom - Iria. This is not proven however they all died within 24 hours from an unknown plague.

These dragons are very small , they can fit in your pocket or under your hat. They are dark colored and must be kept on a leash at all times. I do not advise getting an egg of this type unless you are skilled in necromancy or have training as a cleric. The breath of these dragons are very dangerous and if mixed with different elements , will cause death OR will raise the dead.  

Tver has strict laws and law enforcement, which is expected in their circumstances. If you think it would be a great place to visit , think again. Grab one of the eggs if you ever see them in stock - I dont visit there very often. When I go I also bring back many potions.
