The country of Yilan is an small country with a population of 8,777 Acid Ghouls
Bordered between highlands to the North, a huge forest to the South, an ocean to the East and a swampland to the West, the country of Yilan mainly lives off war, hunting and weaponsmithing.

Yilan itself is mainly covered in rainforests and has a tropical climate, which has lead to a loosely concentrated population, which means most of them live in small outposts.

These dragons are very small , about the size of a small monkey. Their siliva is used for engraving on swords and jewelry. The siliva is acidic to most organic things - leather , cloth  etc . If mixed with mugwart , it is a powerful and undetected poison that will kill anything that ingests it. Sometimes the eggs will have wierd etched markings where the mother dragons lick the freshly laid egg. 

The country's landscape is ominous; small, deserted waterfalls, gloomy forests and an ash spewing volcano are just a sliver of the desolation Yilan has to offer, which is why the country is shunned among foreigners.
The people of Yilan are cold towards foreigners and tend to welcome them with nonchalance. They feel foreigners could sabotage the country's well being.

Yilan has stern laws and law enforcement, which is quite normal. The people are concerend due to deteriorating infrastructure, caused by greed.
